This bread is so easy!! Just juice your juice in the morning. I used carrot, apple, ginger, lemon, cucumber, celery. Then get a cup of the pulp. Add all of your ingredients, set the oven at 350. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes. It's that simple. Here are the ingredients you will need.

Please Use All Organic Ingredients!!

1 cup of veggie and fruit pulp
2 tbl spoons of coconut flour
2 tbl spoons of arrow root
2 tbl spoons of almond flour
2 tbl spoons of macadamia nuts (optional, and use your favorite nuts)
1 chia egg (soak a tbl spoon of chia seeds in 4 tbl spoons of water)
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 capful of apple cider viner
4 capfuls of flax milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
sprinkle of sea salt
1/2 cup of raw honey (or your favorite sweetener such as organic maple syrup)
1/4 cup of softened coconut oil (or organic extra virgin olive oil, or your favorite oil of choice. Wildtree has really good organic grapeseed oils. I like to mix my oils.)
3 ripe bananas mashed
3 sprinkles of cinnamon
1 capful of vanilla

Mix all ingredients until soft and form into bread pan. Like shown below! Bake it for 45-60 mins. You know it's done when you can begin to smell the bananas and you can easily slip a knife into the bread without the batter coming out.

The finishing bread is oowy goowy delicious!!
Voila! You have a rich in fiber, low calorie, delicious alkaline and gluten free snack that the kids and you can eat with a smile, and no guilt!! Serve warm with a little coconut oil, a sprinkle of sea salt, and a dab of raw organic honey!!
